Too assist the worldwide frozen semen community to grow we encourage our clients to consider listing their sire on the Stud Register. As an incentive to do this we offer free storage for 12 months for each draw listed on the site.

If you have semen frozen for own use then storage costs are $99 per cane per year in advance. Each cane may store up to 6 vials (breeding units) if the splits can be packaged into 1.8ml vials. Some semen may be processed and show a low post thaw motility. In such cases it requires more pellets to attain the required concentration of normal living motile sperm likely produce a successful conception. A larger vial may be needed to accommodate the estra pellets and, in this case only 3-4 vials may be able to fit onto the cane.

As breeders accummulate semen, to preserve their genetic lines, a sliding scale of storage discount applies as follows (price include GST) / cane / year in advance.

Should semen be used or relocated, rebates aagainst paid storage are applied as the number of canes used is reduced. At Frozen Puppies Dot Com storage is based on the cane - which occupies the physical space in our storage tanks. We do not out-source but store alll semen on site and it is our business & it is checked daily. You may request a spreadsheet inventory of your semen storage location at any time.
